Celebrate 40 Summers of Science at the Maryland Science Center Now Until September 5
Get your science on at the Maryland Science Center this summer. Until September 5, you can celebrate the Science Center’s 40th Anniversary with 40 Summers of Science! Since 1976, the Maryland Science Center has been an integral part of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor district, providing fun and education to the local community as well as attracting visitors from all over the country. As a thank you to the visitors who have kept this haven for science going, all summer will consist of birthday party fun for guests of all ages.
Stop in on July 16th and 17th for Bubble Days, where you can craft your own bubble solution and wand, swim through a sea of bubbles and compete in a bubble blowing contest. Other events include Backyard Science, where you can learn cool ways to practice science right at home! Regular exhibits will be running, as well as a host of 40’s-themed events in celebration of the museum’s impressive 40 years.
