Do Some Good for the Community Each Time You Dine at Mission BBQ
Mission BBQ has only been open for a few weeks, but this Ellicott City restaurant is already generating plenty of buzz. Reviewers give it high marks for fresh, well-seasoned fare and quick, efficient service. The array of house-made sauces doesn’t hurt things, either.
Order a plate of oak-smoked brisket with baked beans and cole slaw on the side, or try the slow-smoked pulled pork, paired with mac and cheese and hand-cut fries. On busy nights you might even call ahead to order a “Pick up Pack” with piping hot dinner for the whole family: choose up to three meats, three sides, and a half dozen BBQ sauces. Whatever you order, you’ll be glad to know that this place is committed to giving back to the local community, and donates a portion of all its profits to several local charities like the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and the Semper Fi Fund, among several others.
