Phubs is a Hanover favorite for good reason: this restaurant has a reputation for friendly service and bills itself as a place for “classic Vietnamese with a twist,” which is an apt description of the variety of creative dishes this eatery serves up. Perhaps the most popular entree at Phubs is pho, which you can customize however you like (regulars suggest that beef broth with sliced steak, brisket, and spinach is a good combination).
